2. Orders & Availability
All orders placed are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, there may be instances where a product becomes unavailable. In such cases, we’ll inform you promptly and offer a suitable replacement or refund.
3. Pricing & Billing
All prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If there is a pricing error or discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct it and inform you before processing the order.
4. Product Descriptions
We strive to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is 100% error-free. Minor differences in packaging or appearance may occur due to manufacturer changes.
5. Return & Exchange
Please refer to our dedicated Return & Exchange Policy for details on eligible items and the process for returns. We do not accept returns on temperature-sensitive items, hygiene-related products, or items marked as non-returnable.
6. Conduct & Misuse
Customers are expected to behave respectfully with our staff and delivery personnel. Any form of misconduct, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services may result in refusal of service and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions, vouchers, and discounts offered by Pick N Save are subject to specific terms. These cannot be exchanged for cash and are only valid for the period stated. Misuse or unauthorized use of a promotion may result in cancellation of your order.
8. Liability
Pick N Save shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control — including natural disasters, strikes, or third-party delays.
